Mariane Kieffer, 39, a special education teacher at Carpenter Middle School in Plano, Texas was arrested on August 10, 2009, and charged with having an improper relationship between an educator and student and sexual assault of a child.

According to the police reports, Kieffer began the sexual assault of a 14-year-old male student in March 2008 after she got him drunk and invited him into her son's bedroom for sex. Allegedly the sexual contact continued five to 10 more times.
