On February 5, 2010, Stephanie Draper, 37, of Blair, Nebraska, pleaded no contest to charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and procuring alcohol for a minor. She was sentenced to one year in prison for each charge.

According to testimony, in 2002, Draper was a teacher at Millard North Middle School when she met the boy who was 14 years old at the time.

Draper denied that she sexually assaulted the boy, but did admit to some inappropriate behavior.
