Angela Stellwag, 27, a New Jersey mayor's daughter and a substitute teacher, was charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, Stellway, while working as a substitute teacher at Beverly City Elementary School, allegedly had sex with a 14-year-old student between July 4 and September 30, 2004. She has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
