Bliss, Idaho social studies teacher Anna Margaret Bettencourt was charged with two counts of sexual battery of a minor.

Reports state that Bettencourt and a 16-year-old student engaged in sexual intercourse twice between Aug. 15 and Sept. 30, 2008, - once on the floor in the school and once in the boy's pickup truck. According to court records, Bettencourt and the victim admit to having sex twice.

Bettencourt has been suspended with pay pending the outcome of the case against her.
