Melissa Lavender, 33, a teacher at South Lake High School in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, has been charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. The charges came after a witness told police that they saw Lavender touch two male students in an improper way.

According to the reports, Lavender is being accused of engaging in sexual conduct with two male students on June 26, 2008, while on a boat that was docked at a marina. Allegedly there were eight students on the boat at the time that the sexual encounters took place.
