Former Florida fourth grade teacher, Kelly Lynn Dalecki, had sex with a 13-year-old boy several times at her home and in a park. The boy's parents were friends of Dalecki and her husband during the time Daleki was contacting the victim with sexually explicit emails and pornographic material.

When the boy's parents discovered the emails, they contacted authorities and Dalecki was arrested and charged with two counts of a lewd and lascivious act on a minor, and twelve counts of distributing harmful material to a minor by electronic device.


Dalecki, age 26, was sentenced to nearly a year in prison, seven years probation and was required to give up her teacher's license.
