Rachel Ann Hicks, 36, of Lake Forest, California was arrested on Jan. 7, 2011, on suspicion of child molestation and rape after she allegedly flew to Maryland over the Thanksgiving holiday to have sex with a 13-year-old boy she met online. According to authorities, Hicks, who lied to the boy, telling him that she was 23, befriended the boy while in an X-Box chat room in September.



The boy told his parents about the sexual encounter after they found romantic text messages on his cell phone. The police are also investigating the possibility of a second victim.
