Linda Nef, 46, was one of two teachers from Bountiful Junior High School in Utah, accused of sexually assaulting the same 13-year-old boy. Nef was a studies teacher and cheerleading adviser at the time of her arrest.

According to the Bountiful police, the two teachers were unaware of each other's involvement with the same boy until recently when the boy told the other teacher involved, Valynne Bowers, about Nef.

On March 6, 2009, Nef was charged with first-degree felony charges of rape and sodomy on a child after confessing to the police about the relationship

Nef admitted to police that she had been having sex with the boy from October 2007 until December 2008. Bowers allegedly began her sexual assault on the boy in December 2008.
