Nancy Salas was found after the enormous efforts of her friends, her family and the community of Glendale, Ca. Nancy was believed to have been abducted after not returning from a early morning run on May 12, 2010. Regardless of why she was in Merced, Ca, where she was found, everyone is happy to know that she is okay and that no foul play was involved.

Nancy Salas has been missing since going for a run in a canyon just northeast of Los Angeles, and the 22-year-old has not been seen or heard from since. Her keys, car and her cell phone were left at her home in Glendale and police are treating her disappearance as suspicious.

According to police Sgt. Tom Lorenz and Forbes, the police have now called off the ground search and are now looking at cell phone and computer records.

On a website about her disappearance it states that she was last seen in the Glendale area in a Silver VW Passat with three men inside it.

According to the LA Times the bloodhounds did find a scent briefly on Wednesday but could not find any trace of Nancy Salas. When she went missing she was wearing a yellow jacket, dark pants and a white t-shirt and sneakers.

Nancy Salas is a third-year UCLA student and she has no known history of family problems or relationship problems and has never done this before.

But here story takes another twist when it apeared that she gone missing just weeks before a party celebrating her graduation from UCLA. The only problem? Salas hasn't been enrolled at UCLA since 2008.

UCLA officials have confirmed that Salas has not been enrolled since 2008. Her family, however, believed otherwise. "We have a home life, and then we have our personal life," Lorenz said. "We've all been there."

"If she has a separate life from her home life and anybody knows about it, please contact the Glendale police department," urged Lorenz. "We just hope that she hasn't met with foul play."
