At seven years old, Latarian Milton is the world's youngest irl troll. Since his mom was a rock-smoking 16-year-old Sheneequa when he was born, his grandmother has to pick up the pieces and raise him.

Latarian was first introduced on the show in early 2008. He stole his grandmother's SUV and went joyriding with a friend (causing damages).
On September 24th, 2008; we find out that two weeks after the first incident, he was in hot water with is grandmother once again. This over chicken fingers at a Walmart; he threw them at her and hit her where she could. He was taken to a hospital for a mental evaluation.

"I took my grandma car 'cause I got mad at my mom, then I soonly had my friend come in, and he smokes with cigurettes...I wanna do it 'cause it's fun...it's fun to do bad things...I wanted to do hoodrat stuff with my friends. I WANNA WHIP HIS BEHIND! THAT'S WHAT I WANNA DO RIGHT NOW."

He is now appearing on television to play the role of hood rat on Boondocks Season 3 Episode 6. The 7-ayers-old boy is also known for being the chain smoker as his mother was a smoker too. In the Boondocks Season 3 Episode 6, Latarian will play the spoofed character of Lamilton Taeshawn, in which he will be seeing bringing trouble and difficulties to Riley. Riley in this sitcom is known to be one of the important characters of the show.
