Sarah L. Tolzien, 24, a high school teacher at Rich South High School in Richton Park, Illinois was arrested on March 26, 2009, and charged with criminal sexual assault. The alleged sexual activity took place when Tolzien gave the student a ride home on Nov. 14 and 17, 2009. The student's parents reported their suspicions to police in Dec. 2009 and Tolzien was under investigation for five months prior to her arrest.
