The hotel heiress - who once flaunted her petite A-cups on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine - sparked rumors she has had breast implants after she was recently photographed with a noticeably larger chest.

However, a spokesperson for Hilton insists she hasn't had her breasts surgically altered; crediting "a prototype from her Paris Hilton 'push-up' bra line" for the
star's enlarged cleavage.

The representative adds: "Paris has never had plastic surgery."

It's funny too because The Dish Rag noticed a bit of a boost to Paris's sweater puppy profile at the recent MTV premiere for ""The Hard Times of RJ Berger" and "Warren The Ape" at the West Hollywood hot club,Trousdale, on June 7. Check out the photo above.
