Victoria Beckham has an enviable slim figure and a naturally small bust.
Back in the late '90s, in order to obtain that full bust most women dream about, she went for breast implants.
The former singer now turned fashion designer admits to Vogue UK that recently she's gone under the knife to remove the implants in an effort to return to her God-given figure.

She also opened up about her marriage with football superstar David Beckham:

“I’m a positive person. I always look at my miserable face and think, ‘Why didn’t I just smile?’ because I’m quite a happy, smiley person. But when I see the
paparazzi, I freeze.”

It seems that Victoria considers herself to be a quite ordinary girl, but she definitely has a certain “je ne sais quoi” which attracts a generous amount of attention.

Could this mean that the fake boobs era is coming to an end or is it just a phase?
