 | Back in 1995, Hugh Grant seemed to have it made. "Nine Months" was about to hit theaters, he was dating actress Elizabeth Hurley, and he was finally crossing over from British TV to American films. He hit a bump in the road though in June of that year, when he was arrested for lewd conduct with a prostitute named Divine Brown. Grant was fined $1,180 and put on two years' probation. Pictured: Grant made an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on July 10, 1995, his first since the arrest and the start of a vigorous talk show tour in which he repeatedly apologized to his fans. |
