Physical Education teacher Abigail Holloway, 33, was arrested in early March, 2009, for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student from 2001 to 2005.

Holloway was teaching at St. Mary's Academy in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado when she was arrested for the 2001 sexual assault charges which took place at Kings Academy in Santa Clara County, California.



The victim, now in college, told her school counselor about the relationship with Holloway and turned over a binder full of love letters which she said she received from Holloway over the years that the relationship took place. Holloway is expected to be extradited and turned over to California authorities.
