Anna Kristina Baeta, a middle school teacher in Union City, California was arrested on March 7, 2009, and charged with three counts of oral copulation of a person under 14 and one count of contacting a minor with the intent of committing a sex crime. The Alameda County District Attorney’s Office allege that Baeta committed lewd acts with a 13-year-old student.
